How to create an account

Why you need an account

An account on ${brand.name} lets you:

  • Browse and buy apps
  • Download your purchases
  • Save your download history and preferences
  • Request refunds if needed
  • Leave reviews and ratings
  • If you're a producer: publish and sell your own apps

What email address do you need?

You'll sign up with an email address. We use this email to:

  • Confirm your account during sign-up
  • Send you order confirmations and receipts
  • Send password recovery links if you forget your password
  • If you're a producer: send you sales notifications and payout updates

We do not share your email with anyone. See our privacy policy for details on how we handle your information.

Creating your account

  1. Go to the sign-up page. Click the "Sign up" button on the home page or navigate directly to /signup.
  2. Enter your email. Use an email address you have access to. You'll need to verify it in the next step.
  3. Create a strong password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Example: BlueSky42!
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service. Read our Terms of Service and confirm you agree.
  5. Click "Create Account." Your account will be created and we'll send a verification email to the address you provided.

Verify your email

After you create your account, check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from ${brand.support_email}. The email contains a verification link.

  1. Click the verification link in the email. This confirms that you own the email address.
  2. You're done! Your account is now active and you can sign in.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder or try signing up again. If you still don't receive it after a few minutes, contact us.

What happens next?

Once your account is verified, you can:

  • Sign in to browse and buy apps
  • Access your account settings to update your profile or password
  • View your purchase history and download previous versions

Password tips

Keep your password secure:

  • Make it unique. Don't use the same password as other accounts.
  • Don't share it. ${brand.name} staff will never ask for your password.
  • Forget your password? Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page to reset it.
