How to sign in
Signing in to your account
- Go to the sign-in page. Click the "Sign in" button on the home page or navigate to
/login. - Enter your email. Use the email address you signed up with.
- Enter your password. Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- Click "Sign in." You'll be logged in to your account.
Stay signed in
Once you sign in, you'll stay signed in as you browse. If you leave ${brand.name} and come back later, your browser's saved session will recognize you — you won't have to sign in again (unless you've cleared your browser's cookies or signed out).
Forgot your password?
If you don't remember your password, you can reset it:
- Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email address. We'll send a password reset link to that address.
- Check your email. Look for a message from
${brand.support_email}(check spam if you don't see it). - Click the reset link. It will take you to a page where you can create a new password.
- Create a new password and click "Reset password." You can now sign in with your new password.
Reset link expired?
Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security. If your link has expired:
- Go back to the "Forgot password?" page and request a new reset link. It's faster than starting over.
Having trouble signing in?
Check your email and password
- Verify the email. Make sure you're entering the email address you signed up with (not a different one).
- Check Caps Lock. Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure you're typing it exactly as you created it.
- Spaces in your password? If you included spaces when you created your password, make sure they're there when you sign in.
Browser and cookies
Your browser stores information (cookies) that helps us recognize you when you come back:
- Cleared your cookies? If you recently cleared your browser's cookies or cache, you'll need to sign in again.
- Try a different browser. If you're having trouble in Chrome, try Firefox or Safari to see if the issue is specific to that browser.
- Incognito/Private mode. If you're signing in from a private browsing window, you won't stay signed in after you close it.

Security tips
- Never share your password. ${brand.name} staff will never ask for it.
- Sign out after using a shared computer. Click your account menu and select "Sign out" when you're done.
- Use a strong password. Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Signing out
To sign out of your account:
- Click your account menu (usually in the top-right corner).
- Select "Sign out." You'll be logged out and the page will redirect to the home page.
